Eunice McFarland is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in for profit and nonprofit organizations.  She holds a bachelor's degree from Alma College (Michigan) and a Masters of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Glasgow (Scotland). She also has obtained several human resource specific credentials over the course of her career including an SPHR-CA (2010) and the SHRM-SCP (2015). She began her career by taking on human resource focused internships as part of a graduate management training program in Northern Ireland. After her internships, she went on to work in a human resource role for Action Cancer, a nonprofit in Northern Ireland, first as a volunteer and then as an employee. Although she has worked in both the for-profit and nonprofit sector, the majority of her career has been in nonprofit organizations.
